John Baker
Born and raised in Riverside county, John is a major sports fan. He graduated from Rancho Verde High School in 2012 and was on-boarded as a representative in February after his 18th birthday. From there he started his first job selling Cutco. He was perusing is dreams of becoming a professional BMX rider while attending college and working part-time.
"The flexibility and the pay is what attracted me to the job. I quickly learned this was something more, somewhere I can grow, get out of my shell, and be myself."
During his journey with Cutco John was able to pay for college and advance rapidly in the organization. At age 20 he was promoted to run his own office as part as an paid internship. From there he got promoted to a career opportunity with the company to become an District Executive in 2015. Since then John has grown the East Riverside team every year in business having their best year in 2020 producing over $800,000+ in Cutco sales and they are a nationally rank organization.
What John is most proud of are his people. In his 9+ years with the company John has created one of the most well known cultures in the company based on work ethic, honesty, and positive vibes. This environment has created many sales champions, office owners, 5-star talent, and some of the most sought after talent in the industry.

Brent Oculam
A native of Redlands, CA, Brent is an avid Formula 1 Fan. He graduated from Redlands East Valley in 2014 was on boarded as a representative in March of 2015 just after the Spring Semester Started. He attended Riverside City College from 2014-2020 while being a part of the Marching Band and studying to be an Engineer.
In 2015 Brent was on boarded to a new Cutco Office in Riverside, CA being introduced to John Baker who recently took over as the manager for the area. Brent was a major component to growing the office every single year 6 years in a row from 2015-2021. Brent was consistently one of the Top 10 reps in every campaign since his start In the summer of 2015 he was promoted to Branch Manager in the Yuma, AZ territory where he became of the top producing Branch Managers of the division. He also ran two other Branch Offices with his El Centro office producing 100k in sales in its first 3 months and producing some of the top representatives in the Western Region. The El Centro office was also one of the top offices in the Western Region for productivity as well being the result of the leadership of Brent and his staff. In the Fall and Spring between running offices Brent was a part of the South Coast Division Fair and Show Team and an Assistant Manager under District Manager John Baker. A loyal member of the office since its start Brent has helped develop some of the crucial systems and culture that helped establish East Riverside Office as a pillar organization.
In 2021 Brent got promoted to the District Executive Role in the High Desert Area and produced some of the top representatives in the Division and the Region. In 2023 he got the opportunity to come back to his hometown of Redlands where he is running his current organization. He’s an energetic, enthusiastic, and genuine leader looking to make his mark in the IE and in the world by helping others create a lifestyle of significance.
